This summer the boys were so excited to do swim team. I wasnt sure if Cole was able to swim across the whole pool and so we had to wait until right before to let him test. He did great. no problem! even better, Camrie came with us to test and she was so sad that she couldnt swim and so I just asked if she could test also. They were a little unsure about letting her. When I told them that she was almost 3 they were surprised. She jumped in and swam the whole 25 yards of the pool. By the time she was done all three lifeguards were cheering her on and the manager of the pool also came out to cheer her on. It was for sure a proud mama moment.
Swim team is going great. The boys are great swimmers and they work hard each day. They swim for an hour monday thru thursday and then have swim meets every thursday. I got them speedos and they are in love with them.
They look so cute in them! They also are so tan. I call them my oreos because their little bodies go black white black! Its been very fun for me to be back at the pools and going to swim meets. makes me wish i was back at their age and i could go swim. some of my favorite times of being little. Its the best form of exercise and they love being together.
