This year was fun because the kids are getting old enough to know that we are play jokes on them. Jarom thought it was pretty funny, but Cole is pretty picky about his food to begin with and so he didn't like it so much. My favorite was Jarom asked if he could have some more vegetables ( they were the only candy on the plate) and Josh and I both told him NO! you need to eat your cupcake first ( meatloaf). Then my very favorite was the Brown E's. Probably like 10 times during dinner and after dinner before we had them, we would ask them, " OK who wants a Brown E? When I pulled them out, Jarom was laughing so hard! He thought it was so funny that he even took the extra Brown e's to school and told his teacher that we had extra Brown Es for dessert and wanted to share!
Our dinner was:
Cupcake (meatloaf)
ice cream and sauce ( cauliflower and cheese)
Roll
ants on a log ( celery, peanut butter and raisins)
fries and sauce ( pineapple and yogurt)
Brown E's and Icecream
we did have real cupcakes for the real dessert
we will have to see what i think of for next year!
