Then I also volunteered to help my ward out with a humanitarian project. Well this week I finished the sewing project and I am proud of what I was able to do. When I signed up it was for baby blankets and I knew for sure I could do that. But when I got it, they were for newborn gowns. I almost called and was going to tell them, I can sew but not that good. Josh told me just to try. I am so glad I did. I haven't ever sewn an article of clothing and I have to say it was pretty fun.

brag away, girl! You deserve it! Those little sleeves would NOT be easy to make! You are so talented!
Great job! Why do you think I ALWAYS post the stuff I make on my blog? I'm totally fishing for compliments from my friends! It feels good to know that you've made something, whether it's a pie, or trying to sew something you never have before, and even better when others can acknowledge it. I'm proud of you!
That is some pretty impressive sewing. I've tried a few sewing projects and most of them haven't turned out very well, so good work.
One thing about being in primary most of this year...I am not hearing the humanitarian announcements in RS and I keep forgetting that I have a bag of stuff to sew. Great job! I took sewing in HS and College and it is still difficult for me to sew some stuff. It feels good to get it done and see it all together!
