Right around the corner from our house is a pumpkin patch. We thought we would let Jarom go and find his pumpkin. He loved walking up and down the rows throwing whatever he could get his hands on.

He kept tripping over all the vines, but he didn't care, he loves being a boy and getting dirty. Dad and Jarom finally found the perfect pumpkin.

Jarom was so excited.
Except for when the pumpkin jumped up and bit him. By the looks of it you would have thought he saw a ghost. Really it was just the stem of the pumpkin was kind of poky. He got over it.

Jarom also was able to go through his first maze. He ran all over trying to find mom and dad.

When we got home we got the pumpkin all ready to carve. Lets just say that Jarom didn't want to have anything to do with what was in side. He wouldn't even touch it.

He did however loved turning the lights out and lighting the pumpkin. He then found it to be a game and see if he could blow the candles out.

Our pumpkin patch experience was a huge success.
